This page explains what information Sunny Coloring collects and why. The short version: no tracking cookies, no ads and no selling of data. We only collect what we really need.
Who runs this site
Sunny Coloring is a non-commercial project run by a private individual. For any privacy question, email contact@sunnycoloring.com or use the contact form.
Information we collect
Visiting the site
Our web server keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser details) to keep the site secure and running smoothly. These logs are deleted after 14 days.
Contact form
If you send us a message, we keep your email address, your first name (if you enter it) and your message so we can reply. Messages are deleted automatically after 90 days.
Newsletter
The newsletter is not active yet. When it launches, you will have to confirm your sign-up by email, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Coloring online
A picture you color online is stored only in your own browser on your own device. We can’t see it and we don’t store it.
Children’s privacy (COPPA)
Sunny Coloring is made for children to enjoy with their parents and teachers, but our forms are for adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Children can browse, print and color online without giving us any personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and we don’t use third-party trackers. Because we don’t track you across websites, we treat “Do Not Track” and Global Privacy Control signals as already honored. Learn more in our cookie policy.
Sharing and service providers
We don’t sell or share personal information for advertising. The site is hosted by OVH Hosting, Inc., 800-1801 McGill College, Montréal (Québec) H3A 2N4, Canada, and traffic passes through Cloudflare for security. These providers only process data to run the site.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example, California under the CCPA), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. Email us and we’ll answer within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date below.
